Here were the initial rules.. although they seem to have been broken already.

1. We choose in alphabetical order by first name.
2. Avg cost per meal per person must be under $ 35 (excluding alchohol)
3. Must be in LA county (largest county in the nation)
4. Occurs the second Thursday of every month @ 8:00pm PST. Mark your calendars!
